Alors qu’une partie des Etats Unis vit sous la patte glaciale et impitoyable du vortex polaire, qu’une partie de l’Europe, le Royaume Uni en particulier, éponge des pluies diluviennes dignes d’un arche de Noé #2, l’herbe n’a pas reverdi depuis l’hiver dernier en Californie.

Ce panneau sur la Highway 41 (au sud du parc national de Yosemite) en dit assez.

    • It is indeed strange considering that Oregon and most of the West coast have received some rain and snow, bringing some relief to the region. But nothing in California.
